Booking Appointments

Late Policy
We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, it is your responsibility to notify us of any delays beforehand. Beyond this grace period, a $20.00 late fee will be incurred. Session end times will not be extended for any late clients. If you are 30-minutes or more late for your scheduled photoshoot, your booking will be cancelled, and you will need to book a new appointment. While we do permit a single free rescheduling, repeated tardiness may lead to booking limitations.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment via contacting us up to 96 hours before your scheduled appointment without incurring any charges. However, cancellations made after the 96 hour mark will result in a $45 balance charge of your session. Please be aware that failing to provide notice will lead to booking limitations with Dream Photography. Failure to adhere to the rebooking or cancellation policies may result in a booking ban.
Rescheduling Policy
Dream Photography understands that things happen that are beyond our control, therefore we offer a one-time rescheduling free of charge as long as we are contacted 96 hours before your originally scheduled photoshoot. There will be a $15 rescheduling fee for any additional rescheduls after the free one. To reschedule your appointment, please reach out to Dream Photography requesting a reschedule. If you need to make changes within 72 hours of your session, you will need to cancel and schedule a new appointment.
Second Photographer
Dream Photography offers a second photographer with every photoshoot. The reason we provide a second photographer is so you are getting multiple angles of the photo and not just one singular.
